Toban Taplin, 1st Dan
Toban started training in Zen Do Kai Karate and Muay Thai whilst spending a year in Australia in 1999. After returning to the UK he continued to train Muay Thai and Brazillian Ju-Jitsu before moving to London and discovering Goju Ryu at the DKK Westminister dojo in 2003.

Now living and training in Vancouver, Canada, Toban was awarded Shodan-Ho in 2008 and achieved full Shodan at Summer school in June 2009.
